“Ukalovic Design is an architectural drafting service and is owned and operated by Jay Ukalovic. We were referred to Jay by a prominent building company in Newcastle last year. Jay earned the right to do our design work after a basic tender process where we received proposals from 3 designers/draftsman. What struck us immediately was Jay's manner and disposition. He handled his first meeting with professionalism and care and demonstrated a keen willingness to listen carefully to what we wanted out of our design.
