Zoe was a pleasure to deal with, always prompt and thorough, making us feel very comfortable and assured throughout the whole process. She had extensive knowledge of the process involved with Development Applications and her knowledge of building processes from her varied work was a huge plus! Zoe added to our original plans and her forward-thinking meant that we even ended up with an extra covered outdoor entertaining area.
