Mojo Design Studio is a boutique building design design practice specialising in residential projects in Western Australia. After spending over a decade both designing and drafting for many well known builders in Perth, Madeleine and Joseph Opacak have combined their passion for the built environment and wealth of experiece to create Mojo Design Studio. Our projects range from new homes, unit developments, additions and alterations with quality being our priority. We deliver bespoke solutions that reflect each client's individuality and lifestlye. Mojo Design Studio works with a number of key contractors and personnel within the business to provide a complete building design service. Our in-house documentation ensures that the design intent is carried through and not lost before it reaches construction. We charge a combination of fixed and square metre rate which allows us to provide our clients with a completely transparent fee structure without any hidden surprises
