“We contracted Sam Ray from Raywells to help us in doing plans for our dream reno. Sam is professional and creative. Sam listened to our ideas then walked through our existing house and threw up numerous alternative ideas with reasons why this could work better and what he would do here and there and why. A very quick thinker and clever designer. Sam also kept in mind our budget. With his building experience and his thorough understanding of engineering he knew what to keep (ie: windows/walls) and what we needed to do to stay close to our budget. We had 3-4 builders look over our plans and all were very impressed with the plans Sam produced for our project. We really enjoyed working with Sam and would totally recommend him to anyone looking to do a build or renovations.”
