nspire PLANNING & DESIGN is located in Warwick on the Eastern Darling Downs. Ian Darnell MBAQ RPIA is the owner and Director of nspire Planning and Design established in Jan 1972. Prior to working fulltime with nspire Ian was the Principal Advisor Planning and Design at Warwick Department of Main Roads, Queensland from February 1997 till Jan 2005. Ian graduated from CQ University with a Bachelor of Building Surveying 1990 - 1997. This Award Winning business is seeking to create quality development projects for clients. Undertaking Town Planning as well as Commercial and Residential Building Design. nspire PLANNING & DESIGN aims to help Clients, Councils, and the Community navigate towards the achievements of desired outcomes in an increasingly regulated industry. nspire PLANNING & DESIGN has an Innovative team providing a range of professionals services. nspire PLANNING & DESIGN also have Building, Town Planning & Engineering specialist consultants to provide "outside the ordinary" special expertise for your very special project.

Ian took the time to listen to our brief, asked a lot of questions and very much nailed our design on the first draft. We were really inspired by the way he took our "Resort Living for empty nesters" brief and matched it to the unusual contours of our block to maximise the views. He was very conscious of construction cost, not just aesthetics, in the design which was great. We love our new home, thanks Ian.
