Sarandis Design recently (March 2023) completed the design of our new home in Wembley Downs Perth with outstanding results. The block was very challenging with a narrow L-shape and a relatively steep gradient. We faced numerous obstacles and ‘stretching’ the limits on the R-Codes was the order of the day. Sarandy was amazing – His professionalism, technical know-how, design flare and steadfast customer service were of the highest standard. Sarandy worked with us through various concepts, turned challenges into solutions, liaised and worked with the council on an ongoing basis and in the end produced a project model and plans that surpassed all our expectations. In modern architecture, the ability to fully visualize your new home is what we envisaged and the model built by Sarandy allowed us to walk through the house as it developed and refine it to what we dreamt of. We can highly recommend Sarandis Design and Sarandy was great to work with.

We were planning on selecting a pre-designed plan from a reputable Perth builder to place on our block. Pretty standard 4x2, with a pool out the back. My wife and I engaged with Sarandy to design us something based on our lifestyle, and boy was this the best decision we made! He challenged our thinking and proposed a “courtyard” design, which essentially placed the pool at the side of the house in order to maximise the sunlight we see.
