“We engaged Sam from Raywells Design to design our home renovation which included a second story addition and major works to the existing. Sam worked closely with us during the whole design process taking into account our personal tastes and style and guiding us to ensure everything flowed. We found him to have a wealth of knowledge and experience and he was happy to make alterations to the plans to keep us on budget. We had Sam do all our interior selections which was a huge benefit as once they were all selected it made the whole process stress free, kept us on budget and ensured the design features were seamless. Once the renovation commenced Sam Project Managed the build and kept us constantly updated with how things were progressing. He was always very approachable and he actually cared about our vision for our home and wanted the best outcome for us. The project was completed on time and within budget. We have dealt with Sam regularly over the past 18 months during the design and build and at all times he has been reliable, punctual, professional, organised and extremely easy to deal with.
