Hi, Thank you for your recommendation. I am more than happy the re-build of your house ended up a real success. Considering when we first met you were only considering a bit of an extension and some internal renovations. It became apparent that after talking it over with your builder what you envisaged was not going to be cost effective.
You made a brave call, based on our recommendations, the most cost effective way was to go for a re-build.
