Suncoast Studio

Not sure where to start but short version is I purchased some plans from a party who had Suncoast Studio prepare for a Patio area of a property I subsequently purchased. The plans were transferred then into my name. The property purchase occurred before the works had been undertaken. Unfortunately, I had all kinds of hassles with neighbours and Council and therefore needed to have the plans altered. I contacted Josh and he could not have been more helpful and obliging. Within a couple of days I had revised plans and whats more, Josh kindly waived his costs given the hassles I had been subjected to. Many thanks Josh...much appreciated.
