We approached Mario to design our home after being interested in a block of land for sale. Mario was given a design brief and exceeded our expectations with delivering a modern house design. Mario then assisted us in a competitive tender process with five builders and until we selected our builder. Mario was always easy to work with and his experience and design skills were top class. Designing our home with a Tascone Design was a pleasure. From the first meeting, we knew Mario was the person we wanted to design our home. He really listened - to what we wanted, how we lived and the lifestyle we wanted. He then delivered a design that was us on a page. Our builder commented that many of the tradies that came through during the build commented on how awesome the layout was, which was not a typical situation. The end result is a house that is even better to live in that we thought it would be from the plans. Further to this, we had no idea how to select the colours and fittings to finish this house. Mario provided an interior design service that saved us many hours and probably many marital fights. It also finished our house perfectly!

We hired Tascone Design to design and document for tender, 4 residential apartments at 112 Onslow Rd, Shenton Park, in 2016. Mario and his team completed the work in a very professional manner, to a very good standard. Any ongoing queries by the builder etc were answered promptly. We were very happy with Tascone Design, and will definitely use them again on future projects.

Mario worked closely with us to incorporate all our design objectives but maintaining the heritage look and feel of our 1904 house at the front moving through to a modern family room, pantry, laundry etc. He used internal space to help us create a more liveable house and open up the family room to the pool area. We used Tascone Design recently for the design of our proposed new family house. We found Mario very easy to deal with. He carefully considered our design brief in terms of the building requirements and projected cost and came up with a suitable and what we expect will be an excellent house design. Our comments during the design process were taken on board and where appropriate included in the following revision. For novices and we were, Mario is very knowledgeable on the building process including tendering and had some excellent recommendations with regards to materials, suppliers and builders. His services are highly recommended.

Mario's reputation in Perth is first class, therefore we asked Tascone Design to quote on the design of our new residential house. Like everything he has done for us, he outlined both the process and pricing in a timely and professional manner. Once we started working with him and his team (particularly Ben and Lauren), it was very clear that we have made the right decision. These guys are all awesome!! They are right across all the available products, there designs are very functional (and look awesome) - and they nailed everything that we were trying to achieve with our new home. We are now two thirds of the way through our new house build, and we couldn't be happier. Our house has been perfectly designed, any questions or queries we raise are answered that day (eg about colour schemes, alternative products etc) - and it is all done with a "nothing is too hard" attitude. We now understand why so many other people rave about them. I engaged Tascone Design Team to prepare plans & working drawings for a new home project that myself & my wife have been working on for several years, to many designers fail to listen to what you are saying & simply add there ideas instead, this often leaves you with someone else's design & not yours what you actually want. Where do I start? This was the question I asked myself after buying a very small piece of land in inner city Perth. This was not a project build type block. I wanted a contemporary design that provided an inner city lifestyle within a reasonable budget. The functional design, the light, the integrated living were high on my priority list. The Brief My brief to Tascone design was "an upside down house with lots of light", on a 187sqm block. Contemporary feel. That was it, the total brief! What Tascone design delivered was simply amazing. The light into the living area maximises the winter sun making it a delightful place to have breakfast in winter. The summer sun however is higher and hence my house misses the scorching Perth sun. I made one very small lot of changes to the initial design That was all that was needed. The team nailed the design. So much so it won a design award and featured in magazines. Everyone who comes to my house (9 years later) still comments on the light and the warmth in winter. The house is functional yet stylish. My builder commented on the quality and depth of the working drawings and how nothing was left to chance. I am about to do an internal reno on an old house and I wouldnt think of anyone else to give me ideas and draw up the working drawings.
