Timeless Home Designs was established in 2016 by Local Designer Tim Veurink. Tim has over 15 years experience in design and drafting beautiful homes. Tim’s main focus is to create a home that is going to have a timeless feel that incorporates natural light as well as being energy conscious and sustainable. Tim understands that each home he designs will have its own unique requirements that are reflective of the owners wishes and plans. This is because he takes the time to listen to what you want in your home. Tim prides himself on having a in-depth design brief with all clients so your dream home is clearly designed according to your wishes from the beginning. With each design Tim provides his client with 3D renders of your home, So you can get a better understanding of what your home is going to look / feel like.

Tim of Timeless Home Designs has been a great help and most of all a good listener to what you wanted our home to look and feel like gave us just that and came up with what we required. There were a few changes but all for the better as this was my first new build for me and my family! All the way through Tim has been very approachable listening to the whole family and understanding our expectations, small or big. He would still be opinionated and rightly so but it was all in a very good way as Tim showed us the alternatives and possibilities. Tim has designed what we feel will be a fantastic functional and comfortable forever home for me and my family now it is down to the builder to complete this home Tim has designed for us. Nearly there!

We have been living in our wonderful house for almost two years now and we love it. It is hard to describe just how marvellous it is to live in a house that has so many clever and practical design features. Thank you Tim. You were an absolute pleasure to work with and you did a fantastic job interpreting our requirements and turning them into practical realities.

Tim designed our single storey home and could not recommend him more. His attention to detail, his innovation towards ideas and tweaking the design to maximize its full protentional. He has an architectural flare to design which makes him stand out from the rest and stand out more as a designer.

Tim from Timeless has been outstanding from the first initial meeting when I put forward my ideas all the way through to us getting the building permits. He has designed an exceptional and functional house which we cant wait to live in. We look forward to laying the slab in the next few weeks and look forward to taking Tim through it when it is finished. I highly recommend Tim.
