“My wife and I are relatively new to the Central Coast having moved to Point Frederick from Sydney. After settling into our home we decided to undertake some renovations. We wanted to add a covered walkway from our front gate to the house as well as extending the cover over a large balcony and redesigning it transforming it into a large outdoor entertainment area. When our plans were being drawn up, nothing was too much trouble. Jay ensured that we were happy with the design making any changes we suggested and explaining clearly why somethings had to be a certain way. The final results were clear and concise plans both on paper and 3D images in a digital format both reviewed in his office and sent to us by email to keep on file for our reference.
