“On an 800sq m block we are raising / moving an old Queenslander, and renovating it, and building underneath. Throughout this big project, Daniel has been extraordinary in every aspect and I would certainly recommend him to anybody contemplating hiring a draftsman or architect. We did a lot of research before choosing Daniel to design our dream home. He is very practical and completely understands which changes will trigger engineering / build cost blowouts and which won't. A criticism I hear frequently of architects is that they are not practical in this regard yet instead you get the flair and creativity - but Daniel was exceptionally creative and this was certainly a strength of his. Daniel also turned around plans rapidly and this helped greatly because he was never the cause of a delay in the design / approval process. This, along with Daniel's exceptional knowledge of what will and won't be approved according to regulations, all helped get our Development Application approved at the earliest possible time with the maximum possible leeway we could get.”

“Aaron designed an extension with a master bedroom suite including ensuite and bespoke wardrobes as well as a laundry and outdoor living area for our home at Wynnum. Being a designer myself, I had so many ideas for my own home it was getting ridiculous. So I commissioned Aaron to come up with some of his ideas for an extension. He came up with just one which took advantage of the site and its north-easterly aspect, we immediately saw the benefits and commissioned him to draw the plans for council approval and arrange engineers and certifiers and also liaise with our builder with the goal to get started as soon as possible, the process was seamless and it has worked out to be the perfect solution! With Aaron involved, we made some slight adjustments along the journey to completion, but Aaron's initial concept has remained intact. We are so happy with the ergonomics of his design, as it is so easy to move between the spaces he has created. We have included a huge sliding glass door that hides away in the wall so that the indoor/outdoor feel is exactly what we wanted and the flow from the indoor area to the outdoor living is completely unrestricted. Aaron has turned our Queenslander Cottage into a beautiful modern energy efficient home we can be proud of. We are very happy with Aaron, his ideas and professionalism and would highly recommend him to you. Neville & Narelle Cox”
