Frank has been an awesome help with draughting our kitchen addition. Working as an owner builder is a daunting process, Frank helped make this process as easy as possible and was always helpful with advice and available to talk and answer the many questions I had. He also works with a range of talented professionals that were all equally approachable and efficient. He has helped make the entire process very enjoyable and I couldn't recommend someone more.

I have recently engaged Frank from ZengCAD to design my home and cannot be happier with the outcome. He was very helpful in explaining the pro's and con's to my initial ideas and made really useful suggestions which enabled him to turn my dream into a reality which I now cannot wait to be built. An absolute pleasure to deal with Frank from ZengCAD - extremely efficient, professional and really went above and beyond to help us out with very urgent drawings in an extremely short space of time. Looking forward to working with him on our future planned extensions! We needed to have plans for renovation changes drawn up urgently to make a deadline for council. I contacted Frank from ZengCAD at 2pm on the Tuesday, explained our urgency and sent him all the necessary information by e-mail. By 6pm he had already gone through all the information, sent me an e-mail back and followed that up with a phone call. The following day I gave through additional information needed and Frank was super efficient in making a phone call to our building surveyor and giving me feedback, all within 10 mins of my sending him the contact details. We received draft drawings by Thursday lunch time and after asking for a couple of changes, which he made, we got the final drawings by 6pm. A 2 day turnaround showing that Frank understood our urgency and really took it on board. Can't thank Frank enough for his super-human effort in helping us out in such a short space of time!

Frank provided prompt and efficient service with excellent communication. I can not fault the process and we are completely happy with the plans drawn to be submitted to council for approval.
