Parveen has wonderful prompt communication skills and worked with us to come up with a solution that fit within our budget. She carefully considered our design brief and took into account several aspects that we hadn't even thought of. She had great attention to detail and has lots of creative ideas, and nothing was too much trouble for her. We are very happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!”

“Our kitchen was starting to fall apart and needed make over. We want a retro look as our home was built in the 1950's, but modern materials that emulated the look and feel of the period. We wanted a bigger kitchen and decide to do extensive rebuild involving removing of walls, electrical and plumbing relocation. We also wanted someone who would do the whole project. When we started looking for a firm most could only do the kitchen and not the building works. But what swayed us to go with Nouvelle was they actually provided a preliminary design for us at the quotation stage. Others vendors would come and just talk or tell us how they would do it and ignore our ideas. The job is close to being complete and the kitchen is a joy and exactly how I pictured it would look. We also relocated the laundry to internal closet and combined a toilet and bathroom into a single room which Nouvelle did to. The design through to execution has been wonderful. It took close to 6 weeks. We moved out of home for 5 weeks. The Friday we were due to move back Nouvelle made sure that it was liveable water, electric, stove all worked. Only surprise we had was the bathroom floor need replacing and was quickly fixed by Nouvelle with only a small adjustment and reason it took longer then was expected. But old homes tend to have surprises. The staff were excellent both in the office and at the house. I would be happy to recommended Nouvelle to others, as our renovation went very smoothly and the results are something we can happily live with for many years to come. More pics on my ideas book.”

“I hired Signed Sealed Sold to stage my house for selling. Heidi came over and worked on my house for a weekend and then supported me with video phone calls to finish the job. Heidi took me shopping to texturise the lounge and dining room, she helped me stage the back door area with the mud room, laundry and entry to the guest bedroom. She showed me how to stage the beds, dining room table and the Welsh dresser. Heidi was happy to use cheaper options where possible as I didn't have a lot of spare cash. When the real estate company saw the place they were impressed and said the house would be easy to sell. I was sceptical as there had been other houses in my street that had taken over 8 months to sell. We had one private viewing and the house was sold. “I recently engaged Amelia from Undercover Architect to assist in designing a renovation of our home in Sydney. I completed a questionnaire before our meeting, she spent two hours at our home doing a walk through and discussing our brief and then prepared a very detailed report and "Vimeo" presentation including two different sets of floor plan options, all drawn to scale, including lay overs so you could see how the proposed changes related to the existing floor plan and how the second story would relate to the ground floor. It was outstanding, so impressive and so useful! The Vimeo video entailed Amelia talking through the floor plans, explaining why she designs things in certain ways, options at different design junctions - it all made so much sense and helped me understand the design process. She was really prompt in responding to emails and so enthusiastic about design and achieving a great outcome for our renovation.
