“I was asked to find an Architect by my employer with some experience in heritage regulations and residential renovations sympathetic to the Subiaco architecture. I started with the internet and Suzanne Hunt's profile got my attention. After reading her web page, I knew immediately my employer would relate to her style and approach so I organised a meeting between them. The night of the meeting, I received a text from my Employer that very precisely gave me the confirmation that my instincts were correct in choosing Suzanne. My employer wrote: Suzanne Hunt is perfect. Great find!! Spoke for 2 hours. Really good info, advice & presentation. Would love to work with her on something if not Subi. Have lots to think about. Suzanne was honest in her feedback regarding the Subiaco property highlighting the weaknesses of the property for renovation and the reality of over capitalizing by carrying out the renovation ideas my Employer had in mind. My Employer is now motivated to look out for another property in the area so that she can involve Suzanne in the renovation project.”

“We contacted Emma and Paul to provide a quote on rebuilding our old, warped deck. We were really impressed with their professionalism and enthusiasm for the project as well as the competitive price. Paul and Adam did an incredible job with the deck, we are so happy with the result!! They kept us informed with progress along the way and left the site spotless when the job was done. They provided us with really useful information on how to look after and care for our beautiful new deck. We couldn't recommend them highly enough! “I bought a house that was almost 60 years old. Besides requiring new wiring and plumbing, the bathrooms were both ugly and functioned poorly. I hired on the ball because they had redone the bathrooms in my previous residence and I had been very happy with the results. They worked well with a team of guys to bring my house up to livability and secured all correct council permissions for me to install a bathroom in my basement which was to become my studio. One of On the Balls great strengths is that they pays attention not only to the functionality of the spaces they alter but to the aesthetics and to small details that could easily be overlooked. The main bathroom was tiny and inconvenient. Shane knocked out the linen closet next to it creating much more space and a perfect place for the bathtub. He installed a heater and good lighting. Again, because i am short, he installed the shower at a height that works for me. Besides the fittings the advice on selecting everything from flooring, to tiles to tubs and sinks has been invaluable. Shane and James have good taste combined with his sensitivity to my needs, extensive knowledge of materials and processes and his ability to think outside the box have created a home I love to live in and inviting to my friends. Thanks guys”
