“We found Parveen after contacting many local designers and finding they were either way out of our budget, or just never responded to our enquiry. Parveen has wonderful prompt communication skills and worked with us to come up with a solution that fit within our budget. She carefully considered our design brief and took into account several aspects that we hadn't even thought of. She had great attention to detail and has lots of creative ideas, and nothing was too much trouble for her. We are very happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!”

“I originally approached Sally for advice on optimising the functionality of the outdoor space so that it became an extra room. The interior of my home is small and therefore I really needed another area to entertain. The workmanship on the decking is immaculate! I would't have thought to use the picture frame boarder but I admire it every time I am in the space. The next stage will be to plant out the garden beds, which Sally is also helping to arrange when I am ready. I have also always wanted plantations shutters, but thought they were out of my budget. Sally was able to use her industry contacts to obtain a price that was considerably less than the direct quote I received! I am so happy with the affordability, professionalism and genuine care that Substance Within Design and Sally herself have delivered. I would not hesitate to recommend working with Sally on your next project!”

“I engaged Daniel and AAA Build to build my first development at 3 Clauscen St Templestowe. It was a 2 townhouse development, from the start to finish I have nothing but praise for AAA Build, Daniel and his team, and the whole build process. They were amazing, and the finish was first class. As soon as the townhouses were finished they sold within 2 weeks of being put on the market, and at a record price for the area at the time. Fixtures were sourced and supplied for us. The quote was very reasonable. The tradesmen were punctual, friendly, reliable, clean and tidy, their workmanship was great. The project was finished in a timely and professional manner. Communication between all parties was fantastic. Huge thanks to Liz and Troy and all the tradies for your expertise and a job well done.
