“We found Parveen after contacting many local designers and finding they were either way out of our budget, or just never responded to our enquiry. Parveen has wonderful prompt communication skills and worked with us to come up with a solution that fit within our budget. She carefully considered our design brief and took into account several aspects that we hadn't even thought of. She had great attention to detail and has lots of creative ideas, and nothing was too much trouble for her. We are very happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!”

“We have faced extreme difficulty on how to build our house. Big companies offered good price but low quality and rigid inflexible designs. Private builders offered expensive quotes and no price guarantees. Till we met Mr. Atalla from design and build. He was extremely patient, professional and above all he was honest. A true gentleman and a man of great quality. A very good build so far and unbeatable prices. Highly recommended!”

“We have used Quadrant Design for two projects - a renovation in Prahran (2004/5), and a new house in Barwon Heads(2007/8). Working with Tony and his team was a truly collaborative effort, with complete give and take between architect and client. The attention to detail on both projects was outstanding - nothing was too small to be ignored. Little things made all the difference, such as the 'scalloping' of the window frames at the Barwon Heads house, which greatly enhance the visual appeal of the place. All deadlines were met, both in the design and the build phases & the way Tony interacted with the builders (different ones on the 2 projects) meant we had none of the builder/architect tensions that can so often arise. Both projects came in on time and, importantly, on budget. We were so satisfied that we are about to embark on another house design/building exercise with Tony and the team at Quadrant.”

“I engaged Daniel and AAA Build to build my first development at 3 Clauscen St Templestowe. It was a 2 townhouse development, from the start to finish I have nothing but praise for AAA Build, Daniel and his team, and the whole build process. They were amazing, and the finish was first class. As soon as the townhouses were finished they sold within 2 weeks of being put on the market, and at a record price for the area at the time. I would highly recommend AAA Build to anyone looking for a quality builder who is reasonably priced, I will definitely use them again on my new development I hope to start soon in Nunawading.”

“I cannot recommend Jacque enough. Jacque's style, creativity and flair for interior design is amazing and very very exciting. She had a willingness to work with pieces I already had and I definitely wanted to keep and was able to add value with some exciting ideas. “Our job was an ensuite upgrade and consisted of removing and replacing the old shower base, shower screen and toilet, relining the walls, waterproofing, and tiling the shower cavity, floor and vanity splashback. Fixtures were sourced and supplied for us. The quote was very reasonable. The tradesmen were punctual, friendly, reliable, clean and tidy, their workmanship was great. The project was finished in a timely and professional manner. Communication between all parties was fantastic. Huge thanks to Liz and Troy and all the tradies for your expertise and a job well done. It was certainly stress-free and hassle free. We love our ensuite!!”
