“We found Jim to have an excellent approach to our project. He was very knowledgeable and helped us make critical design decisions that ended in a much better outcome than what we had originally planned. There were no surprises, the process was simple and stress free and he over delivered on his commitments. We got a number of quotes at the time and although Jim wasn't the cheapest he certainly wasn't the dearest but he gave us the level of comfort that we needed to get the job done right within our time frame. “We had embarked on building a new house and the main issue we faced was that we were uncertain about how to achieve our vision. We had a good idea of what we wanted the end result to look like, but didn't really know how to get there. By working with Michelle, we were able to fine tune our vision, define our style and implement this across multiple rooms. The mood-boards that Michelle created for us were so useful when we were having to make choices on materials (tiles, benchtops, light fittings, furniture etc) as we were able to refer back to these and have confidence that our choices would compliment each other. The result was a cohesive space that represents our style and the look we wanted to achieve. All of our interactions with Michelle felt really easy and it was obvious how much time and effort she had put in to the work she delivered. I always felt like we were on the same page and we trusted her suggestions as we felt that she understood what we wanted to achieve. We now have a beautiful house to call home and we were able to achieve this without blowing our budget! I went to many kitchen companies looking for someone to come onsite and look at the project, the concrete floor finish and the physical space rather than designing from plan only. Bryce changed things over and over again without any frustration and went above and beyond meeting me at an appliance place to help make a tough decision. The install boys were fabulous (and funny), professional and punctual. When things went wrong (and it happens), Vista found a solution that was even better than the original plan. “I contacted Anthony Parker through Houzz. From the very first phone call I found Anthony to be totally professional and courteous. He visited our site at Gorokan and discussed the many options available to us. Our project was a dual occupancy with a 2 lot subdivision. Anthony produced his first concept designs and we met several times to discuss alternatives and different options. We are now nearing completion of the project ( first one complete and occupied) and could not be more pleased with the relationship that has been developed between ourselves and Parker & Associates. The process was particularly smooth from concept to DA and CC approval. I have since recommended Anthony and his team to several associates and will continue to do so.
