“We did the rounds of designers before engaging Ivy + Piper for our renovation of a 25 year old resort in Vanuatu. Our brief was vague, but we knew actually how we wanted the resort to feel. Melanie and Elizabeth came back with a design that not only represented who we were but how Vanuatu as a small group of Islands in the South Pacific feels and lives. They included our incredible history, our sunsets, our people and local craftmanship. We had a wonderful and easy relationship with 2 site visits and the rest by email. “From start to finish, the plantation shutters purchased from InHome Decore went super smoothly. Initial phone conversations, sending photos to confirm the install site, the quote and ETA, the delivery and then installation - I could not have asked for more! Ross answered my questions quickly and with obvious industry knowledge - really helps put your mind at rest for a big investment at home. Due to the Christmas break the expected arrival was late January - the pallet and large mailing tubes arrived 2 days before Christmas! The guys had to bring a forklift to unload and were so helpful in getting it all around into the back yard - they really went above and beyond, and this was all inclusive in the purchase price of the shutters. I would highly recommend Ross and Gwendolyn of InHome Decor to anyone.”

They asked Home Staging Toowoomba to furnish and accessorize a home in Noosaville I was charged with selling. It was stylish and inviting, making the photography pop, garnering an above average inspection rate in this area and price bracket, and multiple enquiries as to whether the owners would sell it furnished! “Our overall comment is we received excellent value & a great result. The aspect of the house maximises the morning sun for our living areas, whist the none-living areas are carefully placed in the Southern & Western sides of the house. The houses location within the block of land carefully limits the space utilised by the Southern & Western yards, whilst remaining functional and maximises the Northern & Eastern yard sizes. Every space with in the house feels appropriate, not to small or narrow but likewise not too big, which avoids extra costs. This gives the house a perception of appearing like it has more square metres than it is. This experience taught us we undervalued the importance of this stage in the construction & now acknowledge every extra dollar spent at this stage gives an excellent return in both cost savings & the final result. We would happily recommend friends and family to use Square 3”

Stage 1 of the renovation was a complete strip out of the upper level, and new build downstairs to make a two level home. Shane and his team offer a high level of personalised service, their attention to detail is first class, and the team and all contractors were always respectful, approachable and professional. Coming from a design background, I wanted to be involved in the building process. I was always consulted regarding any changes which needed to be made and Shane always responded to any questions I had. We have just completed Stage 2, which was a deck, garages and fences, and once again the process was seamless, with the same high quality finish. Shane and the team are very well organised, with quality workmanship throughout and attention to detail. The process has been extremely enjoyable and I am thrilled with the outcome of my home.
