“We decided to pave our grassed areas both at the front and backyards. Andy Miller arrived to give us a quote and suggested Classic Steel Grey for the backyard, we decided on Geo Sky for the front. Chris and Josh arrived to remove the grass and pave. It was a big job in size then add innumerable changes from my end (I am surprised that especially Andy, and then Chris and Josh did not lose their patience with me when I kept adding to the areas to be paved.) Chris liaised with Andy and picked up the additional pavers for us, a huge thank you to the three of you. Thank you to Amy for explaining to me why the batch of Geo Sky we received was minutely different to the sample. Graciela is super efficient with the documentation and invoice as well as a pleasure to deal with. Overall I will recommend anyone to get their paving done through Midland Brick efficient, helpful, patient and very knowledgeable staff.”

Since embarking on builder a new house some 18 months ago I have been greatly disappointed by the appalling service most companies in Perth now offer customers. My recent dealings with M&B felt like I'd found an oasis in a desert of mediocrity and disinterest. “We have been using GBI products for many years now and the relatively new wall coverage product ‘Laminam’ has proved to be particularly popular with our clients. They love that there are no grout lines, the matt finish makes it easy to clean and the surface does not mark like glass does. We have also frequently used the ‘Quantum Quartz’ range of engineered stone. This is also extremely popular with our clients due to it being a low maintenance product, but in particular they are choosing the ‘Natural Quartz Range’ as it mimics the natural variations in granite and marble very well. Amanda Konecke has been our specification representative for GBI and we have always found her to be very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the products. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her.”
