“Steve and Daniele at Direct Buy of Portland truly understand what customer service means. They have hire wonderful staff that have helped us through every detail of planning our 3 new rental vacation homes. Whether it is Marni who showed amazing attention to detail to help with ordering and escalating with manufacturers or the team that helped us with logistics for an entire houses of furnishing and home materials (tile, etc), they have all made our projects a 100% success. This attention to detail was especially critical to us as we built 3 vacation homes on the Big Island of Hawaii where we were ordering entire home worth of furniture and shipping over to Hawaii in an ocean container. Delays simply were not an option. This is a great place to take clients to help with ideas and be able to touch and feel the product. They have the best wrought iron displays for finishes and styles.”
