“My husband and I were looking for a local carpentry that could build our dream dining table of reclaimed wood within budget. We walked into the workshop without an appointment and met with one of the master carpenters. He spent almost 2 hours with us, discussing our vision, showing us beautiful slabs, educating us and all while staying within budget. Incredible dedication and customer service. They kept us informed of progress and even found someone to build a custom table base that we had designed. We have a beautiful table that we cherish and show off!”

“I'm a line Tech on blow molder and I'm using your bits for when the molder crashes it's cam's inside. The bits are used to punch holes through broken bolts.When I handed one to our Head of Maintenance to drill broken stud. When he was finished he told me that is a good bit, drilled a hole straight through the bolt. Which of course made me happy that I took the time to research & found your bits on the internet.”

“The professionals at Dain's lumber guided me through a project I had envisioned, but I could not figure out how to do it. They helped with some design ideas, had every item in stock and available, custom cut every piece of wood precisely and recommended a contractor to complete the project for me. The contractor was reasonably priced. honest and timely. I couldn't be happier and I am preparing to use this contractor and Dain's lumber for several future projects because....as you know.....when you own a house there is always a project to be done!”

“Hired Eastern Glass Block to install 7 glass block windows in my garage and it's so beautiful I now want to live IN my garage. Seriously, every dealing with this company has been A+, from the owner, Ron who returned phone calls and emails extremely promptly to providing a very reasonable estimate for the project to the men working on the project who were incredibly skilled, quick and just really pleasant and polite. Ron estimated it would be a 3 day job (weather permitting) and it was exactly that. These guys also drove 2+ hours each way from their home base in Lodi, NJ to my house in Columbia County (upper Hudson Valley) every one of the three days they worked on the project. Neighbors and strangers alike would stop and look at the work they were doing and pass along compliments. One neighbor even asked where we found these workers and when we said 2 hours south of here, she remarked that it made sense since she (a lifelong resident of the area) said there was NO one in the entire county who she knew of who could do such great work. High praise indeed when it comes from the 'locals.' I highly recommend this company if you are looking for any glass block projects and I know I will be calling them again for future projects we now want to do in glass block (and hope they will come back!)”

“My experience with Galactic Tile was a delight from beginning to end. My husband and I wandered into their showroom on 3rd Avenue in Brooklyn, NY in the early stages of renovations on the brownstone we purchased two years ago. They are located across the street from Costco Warehouse where we shop which is how we discovered them. Upon first entering the showroom, my husband and I were immediatedly awed and enchanted by the beautiful and large selection of tile! Galactic Tile stocks everything from your very basic, to tile that can be considered "artwork." Their selection is also very "current." We had previously visited other tile showrooms whose selections were extremely dated. "Tommy" who assisted us in choosing our tile and who was ultimately our contact for the remainder of the transaction, was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He was also so accomodating, that we also ordered our shower glass through Galactic Tile and used their subcontractor for installation (also a very professional and satisfying experience). I would highly recommend Galactic Tile for their exemplary service and beautiful tile selection.”
