I went to Laminex Tullermarine after our kitchen builder left holes in our laminex panels and cut off the sealed edges of the mdf panels to make them fit instead of replacing them to meet waterproofing requirements. All of the staff I spoke to about this issue were knowledgeable and did all they could to help us get the panels replaced. James Lockwood at Tullamarine in Victoria was especially helpful and his attention to detail to make sure we got what we needed without any further problems was exceptional. I would have given them a five star, but the warehouse staff did not contact me to tell me the panels had arrived and they were left sitting in the warehouse for about four weeks until I followed up to see where they were.
