I bought a Thermorail at a car park sale in Canberra over 12 months ago. At installation time I realised that there was no electrical cable in the box. A quick phone call and I had a lead on my doorstep within two days. It turned out to not fit as I think they had upgraded the fitting since my purchase. Another quick phone call to see if they had any of the 'old' cables and I had the correct one within two days. Very friendly staff and no suggestion that I should pay for the courier - even though this was my fault. Highly recommended.

I had a minor problem with one of my heated towel rails that was installed last winter. 1 x phone call and a new rail arrived 2 x days later along with a reply paid label to send the old one back. Purchased black heated towel rails. Not only do they look awesome, the low voltage allows me to place them near water outlets without issue. They heat up the towels without issues. Initially one rail did not work and a new rail was sent out super fast upon raising the issue without questions or cost. Thermogroup let me know the common issues which helped resolve the matter quickly, In the end the issue was the wiring not the rail. Received fantastic service and support the whole time. Normally don't bother with reviews, but after the fantastic service and product, I thought I would go out of my way. Big thumbs up for this company. A++

My after hours response was replied to within 30 minutes. Advice was provided along with directions on checking the problem. Upon checking these directions I advised that there appeared to be a problem with the digital display. I was informed promptly (late on a Friday night) that a replacement thermostat would be supplied the next business day. As promised it did arrive with a hand written personalised note. The replacement part solved the issue - sensational service!
