“I would highly recommend Coastline Building. From the start John understood and could visualise what we were trying to achieve. He was very patient with us as our plans changed several times, nothing was ever a problem. We really valued the time John gave us while we weighed up our options, and his insight was invaluable. There were complexities with regards to our roof line and extending the deck, however John was the only builder that we had out that understood our needs and how to address the issues. Once we had our plan in place John and his team's skill in transforming what was in our head into a physical reality was incredible to watch. The end result is we have the most amazing deck that has enhanced our property beyond our expectations. The job is truly stunning!!! As well as creating this beautiful space the team also renovated two bathrooms. There were a few issues along the way but John and Christian's determination to create the bathrooms we wanted never wavered. We are extremely happy with the end result. We would not hesitate in using Coastline Building again.”

“To All, Kyle of Newcastle Home Repairs quoted and proceeded with a sizable job in a small cottage in Carrington. A complete new bathroom and installation of a new kitchen. Kyle has a good base of capable tradesmen abound him, and with Kyle project managing, we were very happy with the pricing and the result. The attached photos are a good representation of the workmanship Kyle can deliver. I would definitely recommended Kyle and his team for similar jobs.”

“John replaced a rotting door frame and the door itself on my outside bathroom. I was very happy with the job he did nand the way he did it. he came to give a quote at the time he said he would. His price was reasonable and he made a big effort to fit us in to his packed schedule because, as it was an outside door, we were worried about our nice new refurbished bathroom being damaged. He came when he said he would, he did an excellent job, he sourced the door for us, fitted it, painted it and took the old one away. And he cleaned up afterwards. It's a pleasure to find a handyman who does what he says he'll do, who turns up when he says he will, who communicates well and who charges a fair price. We will be using him again for sure.”
