We have worked with John Stapp on dozens of projects ranging from kitchens, (our own personal kitchen was featured in House Beautiful) home offices, bathrooms, closets and even furniture. John Stapp has the ability and expertise to not only figure out complicated details, but to execute them in the most gorgeous way! I enjoy collaborating with John as he is able to show me ‘best practices’ when designing time and time again... the attention to detail and craftsmanship make our projects look so good!! This shop is top notch.”

“John Varney is a true craftsman. I have used him on many projects over the years and all were finished with the highest quality and care. My last project with him was a huge remodel and the kitchen part of the project was so lovely that it landed on a magazine cover. Can't say enough good things about him, his work, and his standards. “I first used ODC for the tile work in the kitchen, bathrooms and entry area at my house. Since then they have done many interior and exterior jobs for me – painting, dry rot repairs, installing electrical and plumbing fixtures. They always do very good work at a reasonable price and figure out cost effective solutions to problems. They finish on schedule and clean up when they are done.”

“I hired Robby to install a mantle on top of my very blah fireplace and he did an excellent job! He came over for an initial consultation, took measurements, listened to me, and then took a few weeks to complete the project. When he returned it took a few short hours to install and viola, our living room was transformed! He was very responsive and easy to work with, and I love my mantle. I would definitely hire him again.”

“We had a fantastic experience working with Joshua. From design, to install and follow-through, it has been a great experience. We feel really honored to have his craftwork as centerpieces in our home. He has built us a bench, a fireplace mantel, some art frames. and our formal dining table. So a range of projects from small to large, and each piece is one of a kind and beautiful. Further, it feels good knowing that our pieces are from rescued/fallen local trees.”

“I highly recommend Landman Construction. Whether working by bid or by hour and materials, Louis has a lot of energy and is on the job working steady. His fees are reasonable and you get your money's worth. He is totally trustworthy and I felt comfortable giving him the keys to my house, which he promptly returned at the end of the job. He provided all receipts for materials charged.”

“Amazing work! Had my kitchen done in some redwood shiplap and had a dining table made out of old growth redwood. Turn around time was about 6 weeks but worth the wait. Very polite and informative staff and have made a client for life!”
