The project was a gut renovation of a landmarked building- Reliquary Studio built and hand painted all kitchen and laundry cabinetry, as well as butcher-block topped island. Proprietor, Robert Molloy has remodeled my entire home. He first completed an indoor koi pond and atrium, installed all new hardwood flooring and doors, and trim throughout the house. He recently put crown molding in three bedrooms after redesigning these rooms to create more room for a bathroom and walk-in closet. expanded my family room and installed recessed lighting and an expansive archway entry between the dining area and family room. The four new closets installations included a small custom walk-in closet, a linen closet with pocket door, and two additional bedroom closets. Several years ago Bob installed new outdoor mahogany deck with post lighting and a new stone patio and garden wall with lighting. While he specializes in interior remodels, his exterior work is top notch.”

Bob has been repairing, rebuilding and redesigning our entire 1959 cape cod home, with out of square walls and floors, since 1996. We will not trust anyone else in our house. Even our dogs love him. When we found Houzz we immediately introduced Bob to the website. We interacted with Bob on the website in a private account. We designed an amazing master bedroom and bathroom. Bob built them from floor to ceiling using the photos from Houzz. He knows everything about building materials, tools, tricks of the trades. Bob is now using Houzz with other customers. JCA Construction and Houzz have brought home design to another dimension.”

“We bought our dream house in May 2020 - 1767 farmhouse in CT. Skilled, stable, sane, reasonably priced craftsman are so hard To come by - it was a tall order. We were so lucky to have found Keith. He is a true artist and it’s all about the work, quality, and client. Sadly, I was recently offered a job in Los Angeles and we put the house on the market in Dec and it sold in 12 hours. I had big plans for the house, all of which included Keith’s talent on Millwork, insuring quality and taste level. Keith would have made this a million dollar house. Attached is samples of his work. An old very standard bookcase I needed to modernize and totally reimagine so a big tv would fit and not look ridiculous. It came out as a showstopper. Hmmm - looks like I may not be able to post pics. I will send pics to keith for his Houzz page. Side note, I found Keith on Houzz! By the way, I will be referring Keith to the new owners of the house as they plan to update it as well and he is absolutely the only person they should use.”

“We were introduced to carpentry unlimited after hurricane sandy for a garage rebuild. We had been working with another builder for a while, but we were stalled out in the construction process due to permits,etc. We decided to call other local builders to try and get the rebuild done ASAP before the winter. Doug and Bruce were able to quickly get the project up and running. Carpentry unlimited has been in business for many years and therefore is known in the area and this fact made the entire building process so much easier for us. They knew who to call and when, which was key to getting the rebuild approved. The price was fair and their workers are efficient and neat and do great work. They were flexible with making some changes as the construction was taking place and were in constant contact with us regarding updates in deliveries of supplies. Our garage came out great and they are now working on updates on the rest of our house including windows and siding, and have already completed a great new front porch for us. Recommend them highly!”
