“PARZ Designs is absolutely top-notch! They built a closet beneath our stairwell, which turned out beautifully. They painted two floors of our house and it looks great. And then, they remodeled our kitchen, which looks gorgeous! We have a small kitchen in a 100-year-old house, and they came up with ideas to add storage space that we couldn't have imagined before! We could not have had a better experience -- and we're already talking with them about a bathroom remodel for next year! They are professional, courteous, smart, extremely capable -- AWESOME!!! They set the price and stay on budget, but they are flexible if things change and you decide you want something a little different. As they work, they offer pertinent suggestions that enhance the project, and offer you vision and specifics on how to proceed. We couldn't be happier with the projects they've completed for us, and look forward to working with them in the future!”

“I would highly recommend this contractor for remodeling. We've hired him for several projects, such as creating a new bathroom, and complete remodeling of outdated bathrooms. He has also been able to rebuild walls and ceilings in our old home. He is very knowledgeable and has a great work ethic. Steve always gets the job done with a high degree of quality and expert workmanship -and sometimes even ahead of schedule! It is rare to find someone who approaches both large and small projects with such care.”

“Precise Woodworks more than succeeded in designing and building a wonderful shed for our pool equipment! Referred to as The Folly, its appearance was essential because of its prominent location. Mr. Switkes' design paid a great attention to detail, and blended perfectly with our home. Once the contract was signed, Mr. Switkes and his employees worked diligently and cheerfully to complete the project. They handled all design, permitting and tree removal, and the materials and construction techniques were excellent.”

“I searched houzz to find a design oriented contractor to design/install coffers and trim in the first floor great room and kitchen area as well as install replacement spindles (replace wood w/ metal). Following meeting with four providers and getting estimates, ended up working with Roger/Mitre Contracting. We have absolutely no regrets and can not be happier with the work. The work was completed exactly per the time frame, design and estimate. In fact another small space was added to the end of the job which he just included into the initial estimate! I have never heard of a contractor doing that. The quality of the work was verified by a painting crew that followed, which included several carpenters. In fact, the head of the painting crew and Mitre exchanged information for future referrals. I just hope Roger/Mitre do not get too busy so he/they can return to complete follow-up work.”

“Bill Brand was recommended to us by our designer, who couldn't praise his work highly enough. He served as a general contractor on a large living room/dining room renovation. Bill was a pleasure to work with: skilled, detail-oriented, punctual, clean and organized. In the course of the project, he also recommended and supervised excellent subcontractors. The job was done to our complete satisfaction, and we would (and will) use William Brand Contracting again in the future.”

“My husband and I recently bought a home . We knew we wanted to have the cabinets painted (refinishined) as soon as we moved in . After doing lots of research on the matter ... We decided to go with Lincoln Woodworking ! Alex was super quick to reply to my request for a quote and answer all my questions ! Alex and his team arrived right on schedule. They worked very hard to deliver a great end result in a very timely manner !!! I have a beautiful newly updated kitchen Thanks to Lincoln Woodworking !!!
