“Keady Carpentry installed new decking, balustrading, weatherboard cladding to house, a purpose built daybed and jarah pool shell cladding for a new ocean front above ground pool. The job was complex and required the team to interface with a newly built concrete pool shell, install stairs, LED strip lights, clad the existing house in weatherboard and modify existing limestone retaining walls. The project was for a short-term rental property and had strict schedule deadlines. I was impressed by the level of planning that went into the job, both as part of the quoting process and during execution.
