We had Joe and Jed remodel and renovate the first floor of our old cottage. They did the framing and took care of some shoddy work that was done before the prior owners lost the home to foreclosure. There were some structural issues that needed to be taken care of as well. After the guys were done with the structural improvements I felt the home solid; no worries.
