“PARZ Designs is absolutely top-notch! They built a closet beneath our stairwell, which turned out beautifully. They painted two floors of our house and it looks great. And then, they remodeled our kitchen, which looks gorgeous! We have a small kitchen in a 100-year-old house, and they came up with ideas to add storage space that we couldn't have imagined before! We could not have had a better experience -- and we're already talking with them about a bathroom remodel for next year! They are professional, courteous, smart, extremely capable -- AWESOME!!! They set the price and stay on budget, but they are flexible if things change and you decide you want something a little different. As they work, they offer pertinent suggestions that enhance the project, and offer you vision and specifics on how to proceed. We couldn't be happier with the projects they've completed for us, and look forward to working with them in the future!”

“Precise Woodworks more than succeeded in designing and building a wonderful shed for our pool equipment! Referred to as The Folly, its appearance was essential because of its prominent location. Mr. Switkes' design paid a great attention to detail, and blended perfectly with our home. Once the contract was signed, Mr. Switkes and his employees worked diligently and cheerfully to complete the project. They handled all design, permitting and tree removal, and the materials and construction techniques were excellent.”

“I would highly recommend this contractor for remodeling. We've hired him for several projects, such as creating a new bathroom, and complete remodeling of outdated bathrooms. He has also been able to rebuild walls and ceilings in our old home. He is very knowledgeable and has a great work ethic. Steve always gets the job done with a high degree of quality and expert workmanship -and sometimes even ahead of schedule! “Baltimore Architectural Detail took my beautiful entertainment armoire, rendered useless by the new large flat screen tv now on my wall, and made 4 drawers where the space for the analog tv used to be. This was a tight space and I wanted the drawers to work perfectly and look like they were built with the original piece: they do. The drawers hold 950 CDs or 500 DVDs, solving another problem of where to store my collection. Baltimore Architectural Detail listened to the "problem" and found a solution beyond that which I expected. Photo included is from before the doors were reattached. Now all those CDs and DVDs disappear! Thank you!”

“Kiwi Custom Carpentry worked with us to design and install our new kitchen. We had never taken on a project like this before, so we truly were at the mercy of Mr. Wood and his designer. The entire job was completed quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Blending of different cabinet finishes were beautiful and fully complemented each other. The wine bar is a true focal point as is the island with glass range hood. A number of the cabinets contained unique features we had never seen before and just love! Everyone agrees that tearing out your kitchen is always a nightmare. We can honestly say that our experience could not have been better. If you want a good job done, go to an experienced company and to an expert who loves what he does. Our kitchen is a dream come true. Thank you for the opportunity to share our experience with others.”
