“Mr. Lamb was, at all times, courteous and professional, performing all the work specified in a timely and cost effective manner. He, and specialty trade contractors he brought in, arrived when they said they would and completed their work on time in a workmanlike fashion. Within a day or two it became clear that staying home to monitor the work was unnecessary, and that all personnel involved were trustworthy and competent. We hired this company for two significant projects in 2013 at our home, and had no hesitation providing full access in our absence. Water damage caused by ice dams led us to bring them (recommended by other satisfied customers) in during the late spring to replace deficient attic venting. This work uncovered rotted trim, siding and sheathing, all of which was properly repaired and/or replaced. Additional miscellaneous repairs and upgrades we requested were cheerfully and promptly addressed. Our satisfaction with Mr. Lamb resulted in us hiring the company a second time in the fall for a (complete gut) master bath renovation. We would recommend this contractor without reservation for any repairs renovation work or new construction / addition.”
