Matt Carty and his team came highly recommended by a friend. The whole team is totally professional at all times and invests a huge amount of effort and time before, during and after the build to ensure everything is done according to plan. Highly recommended and extremely reliable and good communicators from the whole team at all times. The build quality is superb and any issues are resolved in a timely manner. High level of excellence often going above and beyond my level of expectation.

We had a great experience with our renovation with Carty Homes. We had a much loved home that while ripe for transformation, needed to maintain many of the good design elements. So it was a big decision to trust a builder with a place with sentimental attachment. We spoke to other builders but Carty Homes gave us a very detailed proposal so we were confident in their attention in budget and pricing esp where there were alternative options. We understood exactly what we were signing up to. We also felt we worked in partnership to determine the best way forward as structural and ascetic issues needed to be reconciled and agreed prior to commencement. While we had a good concept design they really improved on it. They helped us through the council approval process which was really invaluable. Apart from our confidence from initial discussions, the project outcome relied on the team of very professional tradespeople, many whom had worked with Carty Homes over multiple projects. The project was delivered on time and on budget. Neighbours have commented that they had never seen such a slick operation with everyone working in sync. The outcome is really better than we expected. So would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Carty Homes built two homes for me. A five bed, double garage luxury brick and tile seaside mansion with a huge list of technical ability required. A complicated large build with an enormity of high end finishes and building materials. The home is set in luscious discreet compound security, sandstone and granite tropical water featured gardens. Soon to be extended by Carty Homes to include a development approved 12 metre resort style swimming pool large spa, additional garaging and more alfresco pavilion. Carty Homes has also more recently built me the only robust specialist disability home approved in inner metropolitan Sydney. The large home looks like a beautifully appointed beach house however has hidden structural integrity that goes to highly specialised carpentry and building expertise, special windows and and access control systems to cater for special people. A highly thought out home. Carty Homes produces a high quality product and quickly fix anything wrong. They stand behind their product. I have been fortunate enough to choose Carty Homes and will use them again. I have extensive experience and qualifications in property.

In mid 2019 Matt Carty and the team took on the job of a complicated renovation of a large historic house, where the objective was to create a complimentary but modern interior with light and air and all comforts. They discussed each decision with us and gave us time to research the details to get it done just right. They were very consultative and definitely highly focussed on serving us, the customer. I will definitely turn to Matt for my next renovation or building job. And by the way, he also did another renovation for us in 2017.

This is something that I had planned to do for since purchasing the property 5 years ago. I always knew that it would not be an easy job, nor a small job. My goal from day one was to build the carport in such a way that was in keeping with the "look and feel" of the house , so it looked like it has been there as long as the house has, which is approximately 120 years. I obtained a number of quotes, but money aside, by biggest concern was finding builder who I could trust to do the quality job, that I was looking for. I am delighted to say that I have achieved everything and more that I set out to achieve thanks to Carty Homes. Everyone I have dealt with have been professional and a pleasure to deal with.
