Coastline Building and maintenance services

This is an Unsolicited Review of my experience with Coastline Building. Via sheer good luck I called on John to help me assess the purchase of a home - I needed guidance regarding some obvious and not so obvious concerns. John talked me through what needed to be done and provided me with a guesstimate- which ended up being nearly spot on - only reason it went above was I added things. I found John to be extremely knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, he and his team worked very hard to keep me on schedule and he/they did. Johns’ team are hard working- very considerate and again easy to approach. I feel very Fortunate to have found John given the many poor experiences I have witnessed via friends. I would not hesitate to recommend John and his team - if you are looking for great quality work, ease of communication, competitive pricing and someone who Listens to their client- well - call John - he earned my trust.

I would highly recommend Coastline Building. From the start John understood and could visualise what we were trying to achieve. He was very patient with us as our plans changed several times, nothing was ever a problem. We really valued the time John gave us while we weighed up our options, and his insight was invaluable. There were complexities with regards to our roof line and extending the deck, however John was the only builder that we had out that understood our needs and how to address the issues. Once we had our plan in place John and his team's skill in transforming what was in our head into a physical reality was incredible to watch. The end result is we have the most amazing deck that has enhanced our property beyond our expectations. The job is truly stunning!!! As well as creating this beautiful space the team also renovated two bathrooms. There were a few issues along the way but John and Christian's determination to create the bathrooms we wanted never wavered. We are extremely happy with the end result. We would not hesitate in using Coastline Building again.
