I am so happy with the work Jacwood Building and Property Services did to my outdoor courtyard and garden. Not only was their work of the highest standard, but their professionalism and communication was fantastic. After a number of projects dealing with trades not responding to emails etc, it was such a relief to deal with such a professional company. I was in regular communication with Brad about elements of the project. Brad always took things a step further, by recommending solutions and coming up with new ideas that I wouldn't have thought of. His team turned a pretty boring courtyard and pile of dirt into an oasis. He got the job done quickly and gave me a fair price. I'd 100% recommend Jacwood for any project.

My wife & I contracted Jacwood Building to complete a back deck area for my aging mother so she could sit & enjoy the outdoors. Brad was very thorough when costing out materials & very detail oriented when approaching how to build this structure which would sit a good eight feet off the ground. I was always very confident in his planning & the end result was fantastic. This deck adds a wonderful space to the backyard. Temperatures during this project were in the high 30’s every day & that did not stop Brad from working dawn to dusk. A true testament to a hard working Aussie bloke. We will enjoy this new area as a family for a very long time thanks to Brad & Jacwood Building. I would recommend this company to anyone needing an honest down to earth hard working Australian builder anytime! The Naughton family.

Sooo good....Lynne and I know that the pain is real when trying to find a contractor that not only does good work but also one who is honest. Jacwood proved to be both and we cannot recommend them enough!!! It is rare in this world to find a company who is good but also humble. Great!!!
