Keady Carpentry

Keady Carpentry installed new decking, balustrading, weatherboard cladding to house, a purpose built daybed and jarah pool shell cladding for a new ocean front above ground pool. The job was complex and required the team to interface with a newly built concrete pool shell, install stairs, LED strip lights, clad the existing house in weatherboard and modify existing limestone retaining walls. The project was for a short-term rental property and had strict schedule deadlines. I was impressed by the level of planning that went into the job, both as part of the quoting process and during execution. Clear costs and scope definition was available for all aspects of the job which was completed on time, despite significant additional scope being included through the course of the installation. Keady Carpentry collaborate extremely well with other trades throughout the job and completed additional work that may otherwise have fallen through the interface cracks between trades (e.g. siteworks, LV electrical, pool fencing, reticulation).
