“Ken refinished the floors in three bedrooms and a hallway in my home. This was after I attempted to do the job myself and quickly gave up because it was so difficult! Ken was incredibly knowledgeable about flooring during the initial consultation, and actually presented some options I hadn't considered. The floors were damaged because of pet urine and one room had deep tracks because shelves had been dragged across them. Ken actually was able to minimize the damage and the floors are now spectacular. The price was fair, and everyone in his office was a pleasure to deal with. I would absolutely recommend Ocean Floors and More, and I plan to use them again if I need anything.”

“I went to Carpet One, in New Bern, to find the perfect tile for a very unique bathroom renovation project I was working on in a historic home. During the ripe-out and demolition of the existing tub surround, we discovered that one wall of the bathroom was originally an exterior wall with an exterior stairway leading to apartments, rented out in the 1940's. We decided to keep the original brick wall with the outline of the staircase as small door as part of the shower and opted to use wood plank tile from Carpet One for the other walls. Mark, Leslie and Patrick of Carpet One were very helpful during this project. Thank you! Margaret”

“Terry and his staff put in a Stone Fireplace and Mantel and Hearth in my paneled home. He then put in a new floor in my family room and kitchen and hall, and next we will put new carpeting in my living room. Each step of the way he was accurate and used top quality product each step of the way. His worker associates were respectful and hard working. The clean up was amazing and quick, I have 3 cats and at no time were they in any danger. He was there at the start and the finish of each event and made sure all went according to plan. They helped me move my furniture out of the way of the install and were there to move it all back again. An over all amazing job well done! I would hire them again in a minute A happy customer! PS I found them trying to work with Lowe's and happily I did not use Lowe"s The assortment Terry has and his knowledge was amazing!”
