“If there was a 6-star option, we would choose it! We engaged Grace Lewin for a major renovation project (gutting our entire 1st floor & adding a 2nd storey to our home). As 1st time home owners, with no renovation experience, and living overseas during the project, we were definitely nervous, especially after hearing so many horror stories of renovation projects gone wrong (note: with other builders, not Grace Lewin). Sam, James and the GL team were nothing short of incredible. They were honest and transparent around budget & scope expectations, we trusted their guidance throughout the project when key decisions needed to be made, they stuck to the project timeline, their partner ecosystem was all first class, and their quality of work was outstanding. I have some family members in the construction industry and even they were blown away when they walked through to see the final product. We couldn't be happier with the Grace Lewin team and would strongly endorse them should you be considering them for a new build or reno. We'd be happy to share before & after pics/videos, or to host a walkthrough, for any folks interested in seeing their work. Thanks again GL team for the amazing project. We couldn't be happier.”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Alan Nasrallah of Indulge Renovations on a major renovation of my three-bedroom home. The project involved a complete reconfiguring of the kitchen, bathroom, laundry and toilet areas. All other areas were carpeted or had new floorboards installed, painting throughout and to finish, the team replaced all my windows, air conditioning units and hot water system. Alan and his team made the whole process as stress-free and painless as possible. He was most helpful in the selection of new appliances, fixtures and fittings, door hardware, cabinetry as well as all the other details involved in the selection of appropriate products and finishes throughout. The workmanship and attention to detail were apparent in the finished product. I could not be more pleased with my ‘new home’ and my thanks go out to Alan and his team for their professionalism and courteous approach to the whole project. I would thoroughly recommend Alan and Indulge Renovations to anyone considering any type of renovation. They are the best!”

“Blue Point Building were excellent, and come highly recommended. They built an extension for us (one level up, with a master bedroom, ensuite, WIR, and study/small bedroom). They also converted our downstairs ensuite into a butler's pantry. When we were first thinking about using Blue Point, we were given a couple of their former clients to chat to about their work. one of them said: 'with projects like this, the three big factors for success are price, quality and time. Usually you can get a great result with two of these factors, but not all three. But with Blue Point, they were successful on all three of these." We completely agree with this. They were excellent on price (not the cheapest by far, but way better value than a bunch of other providers, including big name suppliers), their quality was first-rate (including adding a few small little features for no charge, just as a goodwill gesture), and really delivered ahead of time (delivering the project in 8 months, which was one month quicker than predicted). The project was not completely smooth, with the house being flooded for a brief period due to an unexpectedly large rain bomb. But at the end of the day, we are beyond happy with the final result. As a business, they are small enough to care, yet are very experienced.”
