“Amazing experience! From the quoting process, which was excellent, having a professional sit down and talk us through the quote and building contract page by page built a lot of trust and confidence right from the start and leading into the build this quality service was maintained. Dave and his team have been responsive, professional and helpful, no question was a silly question, and the years of experience show, there were many times where Dave's advice helped us come to an even better than expected outcome. Another thing to note, we had been given clear timings of the build, and even with a 2 week construction lockdown delay due to Covid-19, they kept well and truly in our original timeframe stated in our contract. The workmanship and also the respect they had for our property was excellent, taking care of our old weatherboard house like it was their own, always clean, neat and tidy, even when dealing with mud pit of a backyard. We are so thankful for the Dave and the team for taking care of our build so we could just sit back and watch all the magic happen. Thanks guys!”

“It’s an old house but the bathroom renovation was done sympathetically to the style of the house. They listened and were responsive and for a reasonable cost the renovation was completed to a high standard.”

“Main Brief - Repair and restoration of an old bathroom/laundry which included the installation of a shower and to replace the vanity, toilet, shaving cabinet, laundry trough, wall and floor tiles. Replumbing where necessary, resurfacing the bath, repair existing floor in preparation for tiles. Replacing ceiling heating/exhaust fan, window glass with opaque. Match and replace broken glass in back porch, repair wall and lay vinyl flooring in studio. Paint interior and exterior of house, replace venetian blinds, new window locks and flywire screens. Remove old gas heater and replace with a reverse cycle air conditioner. Sand and polish floorboards throughout.”
