My flooring provided a very good floor polishing service. They were timely, flexible, and understanding of our last minute changes. There was minimal damage to paint on the skirting boards following the sanding, which showed their careful approach. The house was left clean and follow up advice was provided.

Jason and his team did a perfect job on our old hardwood floors. There was minimal dust from the sanding and the oil finish was great. Very competitive price and very good communication also.

We had our tassie oak floor stripped of its polyurethane and finished with Rubio Monocoat and we just love it! Jason and his team worked like a well oiled machine together to transform our floor into a beautiful natural feature that looks as good as it feels to walk on in bare feet. Jason spent time with us to discuss colour and finish to ensure we knew what to expect and delivered a beautiful floor which is just beautiful. I have used My flooring 3 times in the past 7 years and I highly recommend this company. They are very professional and great to deal with and their workmanship is excellent. I found it very hard to find another company that could do the types of finishes they do, we had our original Baltic pine floors limed with a matt finish and they have come up beautifully ( apparently a very difficult technique). Previously I had new American oak floors stained with a wax matte finish. I highly recommend both treatments.

Fantastic experience ! My floors and stairs look amazing. Jason responded quickly to SMS questions i had. He and the team were punctual and tidy, taking care to put the sawdust in bags and removing them at the end of the job. Jason was very particular re the quality finish of his work and went to great lengths to explain what i must and must not do to my floors !I couldn't decide on an exact colour so he was happy to mix a 75% wash for the floor which was perfect. My Flooring and Jason in particular provide a professional and hassle free service. We had My Flooring sand and stain the remainder of our radiata pine boards this year, and as before, the job was done very well and to our specifications. Jason offers an extra level of customer service that sets him apart from other trades; he came to my office to drop of a custom sample of suggested stain colours, and kept all lines of communication open throughout the whole process. Our floors look fantastic and I highly recommend My Flooring for quality service with a friendly and reliable team.

We employed Myflooring to sand and stain our reclaimed Baltic pine flooring that we had recently installed. Jason was excellent during contact with us. Both him and his team were punctual. He came for an initial consultation to get an idea of what we wanted and came back the next week with some custom stain samples done for us to choose from. The work that his team did was outstanding and we couldn't be happier. It is the floor we dreamed of having.

Jason Lee, My Flooring, provided exceptional customer service at every level. His knowledge, expertise and skills in all types of flooring surfaces is outstanding. He is punctual, diligent and works strictly to a timeline. My floors were sanded and oiled using WOCA natural oil and the end result is a stunning result of a hardy surface but environmentally friendly and organic looking. I highly recommend Jason and his team if you are looking for a service provider who goes the extra effort every time and is willing to do surfaces other than simply polyurethane.
