“United Homes was incredible to work with. They replaced a botched gutter job and went out of their way to fit our project in before the weather got bad. It turned out we had some unknown and challenging obstacles to address and they handled them like pros. The salesman we worked with was Mike and I recommend asking for him personally. They were so friendly, helpful, collaborative and extremely responsive to all of our questions, plus they did a phenomenal job. I will be calling them back to do some other jobs for us soon. If you have any gutter, painting, window, roofing, siding work to be done they are the ones to call.”

“Solid State Construction replaced the roof on my summer home. Actually, after the initial layer of roofing material came off, there was more work that needed to be done. “Jeff installed new front steps for us using composite wood, replacing brick and concrete steps that had sunken and sloped to one side on my 1965 home. We had several contractors out to bid on the project; Jeff came in right in the middle but we picked him due to the personalization of the project. Jeff was very thorough in explaining our various options (wood vs. composite and the benefits of both options) and explained his credentials and licenses and those of his team. As new homeowners, we really appreciated this as it was educational for us and let us know what to look for when we contract out additional work in the future. Jeff communicated the timeline and what would happen along the way frequently which was really appreciated. The finished product looks fantastic and many of our neighbors commented on how much better it looked after the work was done. Last but not least, the job site was left cleaner than before he arrived - all around great job, we'd love to use Jancon Exteriors again if we have any future projects and would recommend him to others without hesitation!”

“I was introduced to IS Enterprises by another company. Sidnei changed out all the trim on my house and did an incredible job. While in that process, he discovered an issue with my deck. He fixed that also. In fact he wasn't pleased with the materials first bought for the job so he pulled it up and got more materials. He has so much pride in his work. His work is beautiful. He is incredibly pleasant to deal with and totally explains his work and/or suggestions. I will definitely contact IS with any future jobs.”

“Met with Cathy from B&B to discuss designing and constructing a flat roof, round columed portico for our home entry. Cathy was attentive and collaborative, helping me understand the materials and the design elements ie. pvc, type of roof used, drainage. She then provided me with a comprehensive estimate that was all inclusive, direct and professional. We went ahead with the project and it came out amazing...better than anticipated. The price to value ratio was 5 stars. Cathy's head carpenter was reliable and his quality or work superior. Cathy and her team was terrific to do business with and I would highly recommend this company. ST”
