The fee for a one hour consultation paid for itself many, many times over in the amount added to the value of the home through following her suggestions. Unlike other stylists I have dealt with previously, Kirsty was not simply upselling hire of furniture/props through her - but she was mindful of the budget of the clients and gave outstanding advice as to how the house could best be presented by working with what already existed within the house. “I have a house in west end which was originally a single level 3 bedroom workers cottage. The house was built in underneath 5 years ago and the upper level (original house) was left un touched and rented in its original state. For added income I decided to rent out the lower levels and moved into the upper one.
