He was very prompt in his visits and communications, and should he not be there at the arranged time, he would telephone and warn he would be late. His construction team were also very polite and extremely hardworking. To this point, we went ahead and had them build a deck beneath the verandah. Coupled with this, we had Bill arrange for Ziptrak blinds to be installed, which all together looks amazing.
