Alanna Smit Interiors + Mike Smit Constructions were initially hired due to their combination of interior design and home renovation building experience. Together, they were able to assist us to ensure our home came out perfectly. Little things that you just don't consider at the time, were pointed out, options offered and the end result is well...fabulous! Usually, hiring an interior designer separately from your builder will cost mountains. But finding a renovation specialist builder with an in-house interior designer was priceless.
