Jordan (designer) and David (project manager) did a fabulous job of renovating my tired and non-functional kitchen and laundry into stylish inviting utility zones. These new spaces are areas I now want to spend time in - my cooking is tastier and my clothes are cleaner! Brilliant SA demonstrated exceptional knowledge and creativity in the design on my kitchen and laundry as well as experience and professionalism in the schedule and delivery of the project. Renovating my home with Brilliant SA was a positive experience.

We have used the team at Brilliant SA to complete two projects for us over the years. The whole process has always run very smoothly from initial meeting with their designers to completion. All staff both in the office and on site have been very professional and worked to extremely high standards. After having an amazing extension done by Brilliant SA two years ago, a project completed 1 week before the scheduled completion date, we didn't even bother to get quotes from other companies when we were ready to do a kitchen and bathroom renovation this year. The designer listened carefully to what we wanted and her first design was superb, so we needed to ponder no further. Our project involved the removal of asbestos, eliminating 3 walls and amalgamating the existing toilet and bathroom, with a reconfiguration of the rooms. Brilliant SA only employ polite, respectful, skilled tradespeople - people we would gladly invite over for a meal, so it was a delight to have them working at our home. Our project manager had the most incredible attention to detail and was able to short circuit anything that was drifting off course. He was on site most days and kept us informed of the process and any deviations from the original schedule. The final result is a stylish and very functional kitchen invoking a 'Wow, that's an amazing result,' from everyone, with a similar reaction to the bathroom. We encourage others not to go for the cheapest quote, but to go with a company that will provide quality work in a timely fashion, undertaken by people who are delightful to have around.
