Interior designing is a art and purusoth the engineer at the helm of feature construction is a artist engineer He designed our living room and our sons room beautifully. His aesthetic sense is exceptional. His experience with reputed builders like Prestige, L& T and Leighton pays off as his designs are elegant and classy We had a smaller space for our kitchen but it was designed well and we got a fully functional with maximum utility. First of all I would thank Mr.Purushoth & his Feature-team for completing my project and making my dream home come true. I personally believe house construction is a onetime thing for most people in their lives. So the quality of construction determines the life of the building and the maintenance costs that you incur in future. Sometimes, Small mistakes that goes unnoticed leads to huge maintenance costs. A cheap option is not always a better option when constructing a home. So keeping this in mind I meet Purushoth through paper2stone and as a casual talk we had few initial phone calls brushing up on my ideas about our dream home. Later he introduced & meet his clients and visited few construction sites that he was working on. And we started following up with the plan, by this time I was clear on my dream house plan. Now I had set a goal of budget to my project & started working with Purushoth to arrive best combination in quality & cost. I must say that "Feature-constructions" have lived up to expectation and both in terms of cost and the quality and I am proud to say I made the right decision in choosing "Feature-constructions", they come with good experience and knowledge at same time meet the time lines. We had feature construction as our contractor for design and build services if our residence at south bangalore off kanakapura road. The approach was extremely professional and took into consideration all our needs. Our home of 1650 Sft (G+1) has been executed with best quality standard and most importantly with complete adherence to all standards and statutory norms . We have a well planned ventilated home and wrt market standards the costing is competitive for such professional service. They are not the run of the mill masons who claim to be contractors. This is a highly passionate team of professional civil engineers and skilled technicians and delivery time line was only 5 months for complete handover. Thanks for a great job done.

Hi All, This is true that Purushottam is my friend and i gave him my house project. But whatever is i am writing in this review is not related to friendship. He is an excellent Person to work with, he is professional at work and prepares everything before hand and no need of supervision and Excellent ideas of designs and He strictly follows the norms and won't compromise on the quality. I am really happy that i gave my House project to his company that is coming up very well and very quick with good support from him and his team. I really don't have more words for his dedication and passion towards the work and project, He treats the project like a baby (It is really true). Thanks to Him and his team.
