About Us

We offer consulting services in relation to sustainable building and design. We are not licensed architects or builders. If you are interested in environmentally sustainable building design and construction or if you are thinking about starting a project or already have one underway there are many possible ways that we might be able to help. We recently won a NSW Govt "Green Globes Award" for "Excellence In Sustainability" for our Greeny Flat project. The Greeny Flat is a small, affordable, low-maintenance, elderly-friendly, energy positive house located in Mittagong. It cost $130,000 to build and only $311 to operate for its entire first year.

Services Provided

New buildings: Site selection Passive Solar Design Design Development Construction advice/training/supervision. Operations and Maintenance Training. Existing buildings: Building Assessment - for health, safety, comfort, durability, and energy use. Recommendations - a range of possible improvements based on a cost/benefit analysis. Implementation - ensure that the work is done correctly.
