Habitech Systems is an Australian modular design and building system that creates modern, super strong and highly insulated homes. Habitech provides a full bespoke architectural design service - specialising in the supply of modular building fabric to project specifics, and helping customers optimise their high performance homes. Habitech has developed an innovative system of high-quality manufactured building components that are delivered to a site in a flat-pack format, fitting perfectly together to make a house weathertight and secure in a matter of weeks - not months. Offering full design flexibility, Habitech's homes are faster to build, more sustainable, and better performing.

Through working with Third Skin Sustainability Consulting & Design as Habitech's principal architects, certifications include: the Australian Institute of Architects (AIA), Architects Registration Board of Victoria (arbv) and The Board of Architects Tasmania (artas)

Professional Information

Our managing director, Chris Barnett is also a member of the Australian Institute of Architects (AIA) and is a registered architect in Victoria and Tasmania. Chris has won state and national architecture awards and represents the AIA on the Australian Sustainable Built Environment Council (ASBEC) sustainable housing task group.

We have been working with Habitech Systems for just on two years now and the team there have been nothing but supportive and professional. We are an exclusive supplier of the Habitech panel around New Zealand and the product is being very well received here given our more changeable climate. All of our customers are thrilled with the end result of their energy efficient homes, in particular the warmth given the incredible insulation that Habitech wall panels provide. We hope more people in the future build with Habitech and wish the team all the very best.
