Haven Built

Could not recommend Todd and the Haven Built team more highly. They were an absolute pleasure to work with on our recent extension and we couldn't be happier with the result. We extended onto the back of our 1950's weatherboard house to include a new kitchen, dining, lounge and deck area to accommodate our growing family. I found it difficult to imagine how they were going to break through the existing house to create the opening to the new space, but what Todd and the team were able to achieve was fantastic and created a seamless transition from 'old to new'. They worked with our budget to give us the space and finishes that we wanted, using quality materials. They were friendly and fun to have on site and always kept the site tidy, taking away rubbish/unused materials etc. I really appreciated how considerate they were as we continued to live in the house during the renovation. Todd was very open and communicated to us daily about what was happening, or was due to happen, which meant we could make arrangements to be out of the house etc, if need be (as a working family with 2 small children, this was really helpful). They also finished well within the time-frame they gave us for completion :)

Todd and the team from Haven Built installed a new en-suite bathroom into our 1950's weatherboard house. We are very pleased with the finished product, every surface was completed to a high standard. My husband and I continued to live in the house while the renovation was undertaken and we were pleased with how the area was left tidy and clean at the end of every day. Todd kept us informed at every stage and we knew what to expect. We now look forward to the next stage of renovations with Haven Built.

Myself and wife Katie built a house with Todd and the Haven Built team in 2015 and moved in in August of 2015, from start to finish Todd and the team at Haven Built were flawless in everything they did, Todd worked very close daily with my wife Katie to communicate on the daily happenings on site and what was happening next with recommendations of new product and features which would benefit us by having things look better and architectural with the end build. Todd and the Haven Built team completed our whole process with Design from Graeme Hill a Kingston based architect draftman from a draft design from katie who loved to draw prior to the sitting getting the ideal plan before going to Graeme. Our build took a little over 4 months a could not recommend these guys high enough after we looked a another 3 firms prior Todd was the cheaper and most quality option we could of picked, just recently we had our 90 day inspection fix done by Todd and he was there and completed with no fuss of which was only a light and a few power point issues, nothing Todd had actually built and was falling down lol. Doing research on Todd prior and talking to people he is highly regarded with an experience within Europe in his early days learning craftsmanship and architectural. designs. My wife Katie and i are really really happy with our house at Mornington built by Haven Built and would build or recommend them to anyone before any other in Hobart.
